So do I. Even certain meats, cheeses and breads together, which should dispel a misconception that some of you used to have about me.

I'm a vegetarian...in second grade, we went to a pig farm and I asked my mom why they had all those pigs, and were they like pets? My mom said No, and then explained to me the concept of slaughtering and all that.
It grossed me out, I haven't eaten meat since. I would probably be able to deal with it now..it's not an animal rights thing, but I just feel healthier when I don't eat meat, so I've stuck with it.

is steak a vegetable

and also, if you are a vegan BE CAREFUL!!
many vitamin and protien deficiencies came from this lifestyle.
You should go to a dietitician and get a diet planned for you.

If you are a vegan more than likely they'll recommend various supplements and point you out to foods which will supplement many of the protiens and vitamins you're not receiving in a vegan diet.
