It is in the guidelines.

Maybe we should post some examples of symmetrical females, that illustrate the point of the article.
Why not? Who would you like to see?

We had a whole thread fer Joaquin in PLEBA not too long ago......

that's all I have to contribute.

Also....bc he was mentioned..I have to say I don't like Brad Pitt. Idon't think he's a bad lookin guy, but.... I personally don't find him as hot as Joaquin or Jude Law......

That's all I have to say about that.

Neither do I .

I find many guys to be hotter than Brad Pitt. I don't know if it has to do w/ this 'symmetry' thing or not .I guess Brad is held out as some sort of iconic ideal, but just for me personally, I think Jude, Ewan, Vince Vaughn, Larry , and other guys are more attractive.

And Brad w/ that beard that looks like small animals are living in it Thankfully it's only for a movie and hopefully will be gone soon.

Of course it's also personality, intelligence, etc..but this symmetry theory seems to be just about looks.

are there any other worthwhile movies in which he has a role?

Trip,

I think you might enjoy "Inventing the Abbots".

"To Die For" is the first movie I saw him in. It is a great movie for Nicole Kidman, she does a great job. Joaquin plays a naive high senior. I recommend it.

Anyone know...... why so many wimmens get mad at men for reading magazines like Maxim and FHM

but then turn around and get Cosmo and Glamour?

I'm in CVS today in line and just staring at the headlines on these magazine covers. It's all about sex.

yeah, but the difference is Cosmo and Glamour rarely dedicate 3/4/5 page spreads to scantily-clad beefcakes in compromising poses. it's too bad.

my ex-boyfriend once claimed that Maxim is actually a very respectable and practical magazine, having pointed out a step-by-step pictorial guide to handling a shark attack in one of their editions.

He's an amazing actor...He can play anything and be convincing...

8mm is quite possibly one of the most disturbing movies I've ever seen... yet I had to finish watching it to see what happened.

AS for Joaquin I'm bummed I missed the appreciation thread in Pleba!!
