Arcade Fire - Funeral

it was zoorock girl who introduced the world of interference to the arcade fire.

...not that i - or...yeah...am bragging about it.

THis was the first mention I remember seeing of Arcade Fire.

I find it so interesting (as barlowdog mentions) that this band REALLY took off after that Pitchfork review...it was as if every Forkite took it upon themselves to spread the good word of Arcade Fire to every music forum out there (after seeing threads about them in three different forums...I went out and bought the album...or at least was put on a waitlist for it).

Looking forward to seeing them live someday. Oh, and what Cujo says, YOU should do!

I heard somewhere that because of u2 playing "Wake Up" before all of thier shows that it's helped the Arcade Fire album sell a few more thousand copies than it would of had people (u2's crowd) not heard it.
