I've been on a Redd Kross kick this past week, and just remembered this.
A few years ago Redd Kross bassist Steve McDonald recorded bass guitar on "White Blood Cells" by The White Stripes.
He added bass guitar to the whole record. I've just heard "Dead leaves and The Dirty Ground" and it's ace with bass.
