ok so just to update, this mad thought of moving is now on hold. I just got a new job in NY after searching FOREVER..I am scared to death of change especially since I have to actually be up in the morning and commute into the city. I haven't done that in about 10 years. I am an independant contractor and I can go into my office and schedule my appointments whenever I feel like it. This is going to be soooo rough 
I am so nervous for this! The guy who hired me barely asked me any questions let alone for references and pretty much asked when I can start as soon as he saw me. When I told him I'd let him know, he said what's to think about this is a great opportunity for you! I guess they just really needed a body in there. Hopefully, I'm wrong. I am basically looking at this as a great opportunity to learn as much as I can from a different real estate perspective. Hopefully I'm worrying for nothing. After all change can be good.
