Yes, thanks to my ex. I had to have mine rebuilt by a plastic surgeon and it almost looks the same.

i haven't, but my cousin shattered his cheekbone when the taxi he was riding in crashed into another car. he wasn't wearing his seatbelt, and hit the divider that separates the back and front seat of the cab. he had to get reconstructive surgery, but it looks completely normal now.

it would probably depend on how badly it's broken. If it's just a small fracture i would think that it would heal alright on it's own, but if the bones are shifted at all it will heal funny.
