Nope. I turned off my Windows Firewall and it accomplished nothing

Hmm, it appears to work for that site

Also, I checked if I could access YSI on a computer connected to my DSL router and the site doesn't load at all either.

Are you the only one having access to your DSL router or could someone else have put a filter on it?

Which probably means that your ISP's DNS cannot even locate YSI (or doesn't want to hand your computer the information). You'll need to get in touch with your ISP, Queen Bee
