There's 2 based in London. One is called Elevation (there's so many of those! 
) which has the guy who did Bono on Stars In Their Eyes. Another is called Achtung Baby. I see their advert in NME quite often.
There's also one from Leeds that I can't remember the name of. Try http://www.tributecity.com I think the bands are listed there.
Sadly I haven't seen any of them yet
