Oh yes, Norwegian Wood snippet in Bad. One of my favourite snippets.

"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

Is that the one where Bono takes the drums too?

Shadows

Jumping Jack

I remember noticing those. I don't remember being able to read much of it, though. So this is exciting:

THAT'S SO FUCKING COOL.

REALLY, REALLY FUCKING COOL.

I worship Hank Marvin. Best guitarist ever.

Or it might be, you know, Shadows and Tall Trees. Crazy suggestion, I know.

Mannequin made me think of this: http://www.u2-vertigo-tour.com/show407.html

We can't match it to that, can we? Jumpin' Jack Flash seems appropriate for the era. Concentration Cramp could've existed this early? Sad is likely So Sad, a rumoured working title or early version of Out Of Control.

On my fantasy database I even have an early U2 cover The Shadows.

That's undeniably a Feedback/Hype era set.

Now how the fuck do we place it or somehow work it onto the database?

Nah, can't tell what year. Based on where it was, I'm guessing '79.

Edge missed one of the Dandelion gigs because of meningitis, and Bono played guitar. They covered Sweet Jane at that gig.
