Another cooking question

If I use a bundt type pan instead of a brioche mold will that screw up my babka when it bakes?

and then I dunno what to do. The recipe I have says use the brioche pan, but I couldn't find one.

It should be okay. It's basically a bread, so it could be done in a different pan. Check it earlier than the time in the recipe, since there is a hole in the middle. It will ptobably bake a little faster.

With the additional surface area for heat, you may want to check the cooking time.
