What should we vote on?

Classic country? Cash? Willie? Hank?

Classic Rock? the standards of Bruce, Bowie, etc?

Brit-Pop? only 1 other person on this board has "Never Loved Elvis." That's a fucking crime.

Americana? Grant Lee Buffalo is calling.

Neil Young?

Modern guitarfest? Swervedriver in the house. See who BSS were influencd by?

Gimmee some ideas. I'll start tomorrow. With or without input.

if it's supposed to be someone we adore and wish to impose upon others I vote for aimee.

however I am selfish and desire new music for myself  so I'll also say some sort of classic country because I am lacking in that area.

:p

All three discs of 69 Love Songs by The Magnetic Fields. If you motherfuckers can survive that in one sitting, you can listen to whatever the fuck you want and not hear a peep out of me, from here on out.

Either that or The Wild, The Innocent, and The E Street Shizuffle.

as the other person on this board who knows the wonder stuff...
my vote is for never loved elvis by the stuffies.
you lot don't know what you're missing.
that or 'mezcal head' by swervedriver.
same can be said about that album, one of the best albums of the 90's, probably of all time.
or how about 'giant steps' by the boo radleys!
i haven't heard that in AGES....

How about Chutes Too Narrow by The Shins?

I'm absolutely in love with that album.
