Such raw energy and spirit...

this band rocks... why don't I hear them on radio more often?

can i tell a story in your thread? seems appropriate

I don't know their music very well Soulful, but I saw one of their film clips on TV last night...brilliant imagery. No rhyme or reason as to who "makes it" so i won't attempt a theory on that one.

But my story...hub just got home from his Saturday night gig. He played in a big club and our friend's band was playing downstairs. Hub and his band mates went down to say hello to the other band during their break. The band were playing a Beatles song to a bunch of oldies when they got down there and midsong, one old bloke dropped dead on the dance floor:ohmy: :(
he's been working 'round the traps for along time now, never had that happen before. RIP old dancing man

A student of mine knows that band, and she was so excited to tell me that her friend in said band met Bono and said he was a great guy. I don't know much about their music, but they played on Farm Club on the same show with U2.
