The X-Files, season 3, episode "Pusher":

Awesome stuff.

Also, pretty much any scene from the first season of Twin Peaks (second season may not apply, except for the uber creepy very final scene of the show's run).

I think the best scene from M*A*S*H* isn't the final scene, but when Radar staggers into the operating room to tell everyone that Henry Blake's helicopter was shot down. There were no survivors.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
 
I think I read somewhere that they didn't tell any of the actors (other than Gary Burghoff) that Blake was going to die, so they were shocked to hear it.
