Don't know if he has been discussed but I think he's pretty talented. I was introduced to him by the website under the top sellers now link

go to the media section and listen to the morning becomes eclectic link.

'Those of you who arrived early for the Joseph Arthur show a few weeks back were treated to a half-hour of Alexi Murdoch's gorgeous songs, so I don't have to tell you about this guy. The rest of you, check out his stellar EP "Four Songs," or just head on over to the Derby on Friday. This is a show where the drummer will never set down his brushes, where shaggy, charming frontman Murdoch will be beaming beatifically for most of the evening, and where the songs will sound like a more soulful version of James Taylor, or maybe like Coldplay if they were fronted by Nick Drake.'
