they've had some great songs over the years but overall I never liked them and after I saw them on the superbowl stage singing with N'Sync and Britney I came to the conclusion that they need to hang em up.

Recenty, I saw Steven Tyler playing Santa in an episode of Lizzie Mcguire (Hilary Duff's show)

I've always been a fan, especially of their 70's work. They are perhaps one of the greatest American rock bands. Other than a brief time without Joe Perry in the 80's they've been together with the same members like U2.

They are absolutely fantastic, and have never ever showed any sign or even desire to change or mellow. They're one hot band, and always have been.
