Anyway it was backstage after a recent concert that he played here.
I shared w him how , the first time I saw him was 20 years ago after my older brother turned me on to his music.
I found Elvis Costello to be -
cordial
polite
pensive
and a gentleman..

He said he remembered seeing me dancing w Bono in Boston.

Olivia Newton John was bumping around too, and one of her realitives snapped a photo of Elvis and I...

And "no",- I did not hit on Olivia

Olivia looked like she was 23 yrs old..I know she is over 50...
She was lovely.

I so love Elvis Costello and am so bummed I didn't get to see him at the Mayan last week. We were in the midst of moving so finding the time or energy to go to a show was close to impossible.

One of my editors met Elvis at one of the Anaheim Elevation shows. She was so excited to meet him, she's seen him nearly a dozen times over the last 20 years.

Actually he said he would say hello to Ali and Bono for me..and would tell them of my gratitude
and gave me a firm and convincing handshake

Hopefully this photo will come out ok..3.5 hrs away..

Olivia was visiting w someone else in Elvis' band.

I told Elvis to tell Bono and Ali thanks for all the good things they do in the world
and
thank Bono for always being a humanbeing first, before a rock-star.
