I should really clean my place today. It hasn't been cleaned for like two weeks.


And just as I typed that, the Cleaning Gods fell silent, got down on their knees, and wept.

I'm in and out...the bathroom is kind of a challenge. I mean, it's just that I can see some dirt in the bathtub, and I think it's really going to require a scrub brush and some bleach, and some soaking time...which I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR TODAY.

Well, it has snowed on my birthday before, but I don't recall it this late, at least not in many years.

It's just annoying, that's all.

yeah, snow has it's time....Christmas. Every other time it's a nuisance. I remember travelling to stand in line for U2 tickets in the early 1990s, it was supposed to be a 3 hour drive but ended up being 9 hours because of a freak snow storm.


omg...it's the 25th April (here), I'll be in New York in two days!

How is Hotel Ewen shaping up?

Oooooohhh, let me run off and check my PMs.

Hotel Ewen is going all right. I cleaned the bathroom and did some vacuuming yesterday, and hung up one of my pictures. Tonight and tomorrow night will need to cover laundry, ironing, picture-hanging, food shopping, and as much unpacking as possible.

But I'm getting super-excited now.
