A Scanner Darkly (nifty cell-shaded movie)

Here's the trailer

First I thought it was CGI, but after a few seconds I see its basically live-action with cell shading made to look like a cartoon. It looks interesting, I'll give it that. Unfortunately it has Reeves in it

I saw the trailer for it last time I went to a movie.

I thought the same thing about Keanu and it's odd the way it's done. Not sure I can sit through a movie like that... kinda trippy.

Having Robert Downey Jr and Woody Harrelson may cancel out Keanu.

Definitely interesting. Not sure if I could sit through it either though.

I think it looks interesting. I'll probably check it out.

These movies all use a program informally referred to as "Rotoshop." However, it's a proprietary program, and the creator has no intention of releasing it commercially.
