In my opinion learning a real language would be more useful :wink:
 
One of my dad's friends is from London. but he's lived up near us for about 15 years. and still talks that cockney rhyming slang.

He talks, and i'm like, WTF :huh:
 
^ It's funny, someone could be from a few dozen miles away and they speak English completely different, and you couldn't understand there accent for the life of ya :wink:
 
when i was a computer firm a few years ago. there was a Scottish man working there. and his accent was really deep scottish, deeper than Billy Connelys.

And he came into the office where i was working asking for a phone book. He was like "ish shere ar fon buk heer?"
