thanks to a glitch in the in the software update, i was able to retrieve old private messages sent to me from several years ago. friends that i no longer know of any more.
they were good people, i remember.
i don't talk to any of them anymore. not because they're no longer good people, but merely because life goes on.
that was only four years ago.
people come and people go. but mostly, they go. that's not sulking, that's reality.
everyone has a core group of friends, but if you look back on all the different people you interacted with over the years, it's almost terrifying to see what's all been left behind and disgarded. harsh wording perhaps, but ultimately, true.
it's all quite odd, when you stop to think about it.
maybe i won't stop to think about it any longer.
that's all. time to button up again, it's no longer hot, and the wine i served you earlier was actually tomato juice. i'm assuming you noticed by now, so i'm going to pack my things and make a move.
