The scary thing is that although 2-2 was never a possibility, the game came within 3 minutes and change of ending 17-17.

so close, yet so far away.

mr. baw pulls a buckner :tsk: for shame

You're right but on the other hand, I could have intentionally matched U2Me3 pick for pick and won this by 3 games but I didn't...I thought about it but I didn't...

I actually thought that these teams would maintain a professional level of playing to win every game... instead of just jacking off...

No sour grapes here..just recognize that I could have backed into this as the winner... I congratulate my fellow U2 fans..great season!

"i could have make the defensive substitution, but eh... what the hell, might as well leave buckner out there for the 10th... i mean, what's the worst that could happen?"

Based on win percentage:

1. Tom Brady: 1.000
2. U2Me3: 0.671
2. U2Kitten: 0.671
4. Mr. BAW: 0.667
5. Stammer476: 0.658
6. Phanan: 0.656
7. Headache: 0.629
7. U2DMFan: 0.629
7. Wildhoneyalways: 0.629
10. mdw3935: 0.623
11. Zoney: 0.613
12. Zumanity42: 0.610
13. Imarocker: 0.609
14. DaveC: 0.602
15. Randhail: 0.594
16. Hewson: 0.573
17. JessicaAnn: 0.538
18. Peyton Manning: 0.008

If not for a few games missed (or was it an entire week?), Stammer476 might have taken this.

Unfortunately, U2 Kitten only had 110 wins and missed a lot, so that win percentage is misleading. Kind of like having a high batting average but not enough ABs to qualify.

I wasn't going to say it, but that was the first thought that crossed my mind when I saw the final standings. 13-3 for that week would have put me in a tie.

I missed an entire week when my Saturday schedule was de-railed and I forgot to post. Ah well, there's always next year.

Wait, not for me.

I can't complain. My Broncos are AFC West Champs, and the Lions provided endless hours of amusement. A great year overall.

As a Browns fan, this is all I can be happy about this NFL season.
