most venues have a fire escape..girlfriends are always helpful.....

as long as you are sure you all have the story straight.

Bad Date....I've been wanting to tell a story. I usuaslly put the radio on next to my bed when I wake up. There was this truly awful saxophone solo being played. I was straight into critiquing..."ewww that thing has a horrible tone, he's just blurting into it, what a horrid sound, blurt!blurt! bllllllllurt...blah blah!"
A sleepy voice came from under the covers..
"What you don't like bad sax first thing in the morning?"
:lmao:

as a matter of fact...I don't!!!

anyway the topic..
.bad dates,....... please continue

these would have been so helpful to me 10 years ago when I was in high school.

oh my GOD! I was in high school ten years ago! I feel old.:|

it may not have been your intention with this thread nellie, but thanks for the memory it gave me. In the dim dark past, this poor young guy was a bit fond of me, his parents had a holiday house where I lived. The local lads were a bit cruel to him, they called him dazzle....he was kind to me after my car accident . His mother worked in the hospital kitchen, he was the first one to ask if I had eaten and organised something soft I could eat. It meant a lot. (we were both younguns really) and he once rescued me from a "bad date"...my forgotten hero..."dazzle". I owe him one too.

btw I was j/k with my advice up there. It's been a loooooooooooooooooong time since I've been on a date, fire escapes weren't invented back then.

But I'm going on one tomorrow night......................well I can pretend can't I?

I think ouizy's turban is very becoming.
