Yes, the Toad album came out in August of 1991, but the single All I Want didn't hit the charts until late 1992.

I like 1992 even more than 1991 cos many of those albums that came out in '91 had singles out on MTV in '92. So it was a joygasm everyday for a wide eyed MTV kid like me.

Yes, there were many great singles in 1992 from albums that were released in 1991. Jeremy, Under the Bridge and One are a few that come to mind.
