The second volume of U2's Best Of collection will be released on 4 November. It covers the years 1990 to 2000 and features two brand new tracks. Electrical Storm will be released as a single on 21 October featuring Minority Report actress Samantha Morton in the video and The Hands That Built America, will be included in the new Martin Scorsese film, The Gangs Of New York.

Four songs, Discotheque, Gone, Numb and Staring At The Sun have been reworked by producer Mike Hedges.

A bonus limited edition second CD, which will be available for a week, will boast b-sides and a DVD with the History Mix of U2 in the '90s.

Finally, a Best Of 1990 - 2000 DVD will be released on 2 December featuring promo videos with commentary from directors Wim Wenders and Anton Corbijn and a mini documentary, The Road To Sarajevo.
