Imagine going to a U2 concert 50 times in one year just to get a good picture. One local man has done just that. Otto Kitsinger is a performance photographer whose picture of U2 made the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame.

Kitsinger says he didn't start out wanting to be a photographer. "I was just a fan in the crowd who started taking pictures to justify going to so many shows and it turned out I'm good at it," said Kitsinger.

Kitsinger's pictures are on display at the Record Exchange downtown [Boise, Idaho]. They're not only for looking at, they're also for sale.

I met otto at popmat toronto oct 26. he taped a half dozen rolls of film and a camera to himself so he could get through security, but the result was definately my fave pics he has taken. congrats man!
