Celebrities Bono, Andrea Corr, Naomi Campbell, Gavin Friday and artist Guggi have come out in force to teach and encourage Dublin's inner city Children. Irish and international celebrities have grouped together to discourage Dublin's inner city children from turning to drugs and dropping out of school.
Both Andrea Corr and Ex-Virgin Prunes singer Gavin Friday have been attending The Sheriff Street After Hours School Education Project teaching disadvantaged children music and other arts.
Last night Gavin Friday and artist Guggi blew the dust off their decks and got down to Lillies Bordello to throw a bash for the project.

Bono's two best mates became celebrity DJ's for the night, both have also made special paintings for the charity, which was the top prize in a raffle held on the night. ShowBiz Ireland also exclusively learned that during the programme the teenagers received phone calls of encouragement from U2 frontman Bono and Supermodel Naomi Campbell.

The after Schools Education and Support Programme helps teenagers from Sheriff Street, between the ages of 12 and 15.
The project encourages teenagers off the streets and teaches them art, music, drama and other pastimes they might not have access to.
