Atomic Kitten, Westlife and Blue up for Capital FM Awards
Atomic Kitten, Westlife and Blue have all received three nominations for the Capital FM Awards. The event, in aid of Help A London Child, takes place at London's Royal Lancaster Hotel on April 16.
Coldplay, Oasis, Stereophonics and Travis will all fight it out for the prestigious Best Band award.
Ms Dynamite is up against Beverly Knight, Sarah Whatmore and Sophie Ellis Bextor in the category for London's Favourite UK Female Vocalist.
Robbie Williams is up for Favourite UK Male Vocalist alongside Will Young, Daniel Bedingfield, Craig David, and Gareth Gates.
Will Young wil be aiming to win a total of six awards including best newcomer and the Capital Album Chart Award for Anything is Possible.
The Sugababes are nominated in the Best Single category for Freak Like Me, and Best Album for Angels with Dirty Faces.
Capital's Dr Fox said: "The Capital Awards are so unique because they're not about ego - you have big stars and new stars all happily sitting together and raising a glass, and cash, for London's needy kids."
