Music Biz Veteran Pens 'The U2 Reader'

Much todo in the U2-In-Print universe this week - with Amazon updating its announced title selections in the U2 field.

In addition to the aformentioned U2's Propaganda by Ian Gittins, The U2 Reader by Hank Bordowitz and John Swenson will make its published bow in April/Spring 2003.

Details are slim, but the following information exists:
The U2 Reader will be 416 pages, paperback and around $20 to purchase.

The author, Bordowitz, has worked previously on an Unauthorized novel on Creedence Clearwater Revival, and various record labels - A&M, PolyGram, RCA/BMG, and Columbia.

Bordowitz's website offers the following information:

Hank just completed a new book, The U2 Reader. This will be the most comprehensive, one-stop source for articles & reviews on the world's most popular rock band. This book is going to be really big. It's slated to hit US bookstores in Spring 2003.

Hank is represented by Jim Fitzgerald of the Carole Mann Agency,
