Bono Celebrates Flower Power
Bono may be one of the biggest names in Showbiz but that has never stopped him lending support friends and the Irish music Industry, the Hothouse Flowers got his thumbs up in Lillies Bordello over the weekend.
Last Friday night saw the battle of the celebrity parties on the small stretch of ground between Lillies Bordello and Cocoon Bar.
As Eddie Irvine celebrated a friend's 40th surrounded by stunning models in Cocoon Bar, The Hothouse Flowers launched their new album Into Your Heart surrounded by the heavenly glow of Bono!
The Flowers have been very quiet since they achieved success in the early 90s but the Irish speaking band still have a loyal fanbase and hopefully should regain their rightful place in the charts with this overdue offering.
One onlooker at the party in Lillies joked that Bono looked eerily like Cuban leader Fidel Castro with his beard, green cap and oversized cigar sticking out of his mouth.
