For those of you who haven't checked U2.com today... the U2 radio station they've been promising is finally online!!!

Here's the story:

Noel Gallagher, Flood, JJ72 and Gavin Friday join Larry, Adam, Edge and Bono in spinning the discs as ZOO RADIO launches on U2.Com and Radio Free Virgin.

As well as commentary from Adam on why he has chosen the tracks he has for Zoo Radio, Edge introduces tracks from U2 : The Best of 1990-2000.

The band decided to create a U2 radio station to celebrate the launch of the new Best Of and Zoo Radio has been built by Radio Free Virgin.

The station features favourite records picked by U2 along with those selected by friends of the band like Noel Gallagher, Flood, JJ72, Paul Oakenfold, No Doubt and Gavin Friday. And there will be some surprises to come!

You can launch the station from either www.u2.com or http://radiofreevirgin.com/channels/zooradio.html#4

Edge's List:

?Staying Alive? by the Bee Gees

:dance::edge::dance:

:lmao:

Very eclectic lists. (Except for Larry, who wasn't very creative in artist variety.) I'll have to give it a try later.

Do I need to remind everyone why I am an Edge girl?

God I love that man...and his music

Apparently his new wifes name is just a cry for help...

Morleigh...MORELEIGH...MORE LEIGH IN MY LIFE

Leigh aka Fishy: *hops next plane to dublin with MY music list*

MUA-HA-HA

ah c'mon, does larry have variety in ANYTHING? :lmao:

this is by far the most diverse radio station in terms of genre

I think only there could you hear Eminem followed by the Bee Gees followed by the Sex Pistols followed by Kraftwerk
*tuneth in*

HELP!

I?m making a cd with all the songs on Adam?s list (Edge?s list will come later), but I can?t seem to be able to find "Out demons out" by Edgar Broughton. I?ve checked Kazaa, but it?s not there.

Does anyone have this song?

I suspect they probably couldn't get Larry to submit a list of songs... I think they used his choices from the "shortlist" thing because almost all of these songs are from the CD's he picked on that list. I'm sure there would have been some ABBA on Larry's real list. :sexywink:

I just heard a version sung by Ossy Osbourne of the song. It?s mindblowing!

Hell yes! It's so great! Everyong abord the Disco Train! Get on the dance floor, darlings. It's time to dance with the Devil. He's like Mackie in black.
