It was on Robbie Robertson's first solo album in 1988 I think. He's from The Band, great group, but anyway...
U2 helps out on two tracks, Testimony and Sweet Fire of Love. I think SFOL is the superior of the two song, but you PLEBA girls must hear it. Bono is vocally golden, Edge's guitar is pervasive and grates well against Robbie Robertson's southern bluesy-ness. Also, it doesn't hurt that Robbie has a growl that reduces most women to puddles of goo.
 
Yes, indeed; Robbie is one sexy mofo. Check out The Last Waltz (the movie). He looks and sounds fabulous.

I finally got a cd copy of Robbie's album. (I only had it on vinyl.) I do like to listen to our Bono asking "Didn't we..."
