I use to wear the ring my sister gave me for my birthday on my wedding finger........until one day my mom's friend told me that it's bad luck to wear any ring on that finger unless it;s ur wedding ring. So i stop wearing any rings period on that particular finger ,then again I do know ppl that wear rings on their wedding finger and they rnt married........ and there are rings that u buy together that may look like weddings rings but rnt...so maybe he just likes wearing it on that hand...........
