I just received the calendar with the hot AB-era picture of Bono on the cover in the mail today...Includes some fabulous Bono pictures and a couple full band ones I hadn't seen before...also a nice one of Larry! I don't see any info on it about who made it, but I'm 98% sure it's this company from the UK called Oliver Books. I ordered some U2 calendars in the past from this company and they were exactly like this (in format...different pics, of course!).

Exactly!!! I also ordered the calendar with the Popmart picture on the front and the one that is probably the "official" (with the heart). Maybe those will come today.
