Okay, I am not a stalker, repeat not a stalker. I am going to the Oakland concert in November and want to find out where U2 stay when in the Bay area. I am taking my 5 year old daughter and we want to see if we can see them, we live in a small northern town and will probably never have the opportunity to see them again. I have never waited outside a hotel or a stadium so this is new to me. If you don't want to broadcast it to the world then email me please. I am staying in SF downtown that night.

BTW the only autograph I have ever gotten was Jay Leno when I was in college and I ran into him on the street in LA while visiting a friend.

If you wanna meet the guys, you'd probably be better waiting for them after the show. I read recently that they never get any peace when in public and it can be frustrating for them. I must admit that although I'd desperately like to 'talk' to them I can't help but feel that we should respect their privacy.

..oakies..sorry, but that's just my opinion..;)
