As I have my own feelings about all these celebrities who have found their social conscience through Bono, I'll comment no further.

Let's see how many of them will be working for the end of extreme poverty ten years from now.

I know I will be - and I'm not even famous.

I enjoyed Bono though.

I enjoyed Bono though.

Why is a celebrity finding his/her social conscience through Bono any different than someone who signs up for the One campaign or Amnesty International at a U2 show? Don't we all have to start somewhere, famous or not?

Without meeting the man and knowing what is in his heart, you really have no to right to criticize or imply that Tom Brady is less than sincere in his desire to help end extreme poverty.

And I truly believe that Bono is a pretty good judge of character, not someone who is easily fooled by insincerity.

The first time I saw you was in the "Disheveled" thread which had grown out of Put 'em under Pressure too. Something else may have sparked your interest while you were here. But we know you secretly love it here and lurk all the time, it only took your devotion to Tom to bring you out of lurk mode!
