It kind of reminded me of baby eagle chicks when their mom comes to feed them...all of their mouths open for food and all. 'Cept thankfully he doesn't regurgitate food down people's throats, he just signs autographs and stuff. :D

He's such a darling! :cute:
 
This is from the "Tomorrow Show" in 1981. OMG!! It's so adorable. Baby Bono is precious and Edge seriously has the same type of guitar he had at the game last night. It's almost identical. Adam..that hair I love it...that scarf though...I can do without it. Larry was SO hot I think my fav. part is in the interview when the guy goes "Juding from what all the music magazines and news publications are saying about you guys, I think the United States will be hearing more from U2 in the months and years to come." LOL. Do ya think? Yeah, whatever happened to them? Oh yeah, they became likely the most successful band of all time and continue to sell out stadiums and millions of albums in the U.S. and around the world. Good prediction, whoever that guy was.... The performances are awesome too. I love Bono attempting to dance. LOL God Bless!

It's actually the same guitar, not just a similar one. :wink:
 
It's Edge's very first Electric guitar, the 1976 Explorer, he bought it somewhere when they were in america or so, he saw it, and couldn't take his eyes off it..
he used it for all the boy album, also on various other songs (from the top of my head, Ultra Violet, Beautiful Day, New York, Miracle Drug :hmm: more? )
It's my favorite Edge guitar :)
 
That's awesome! I love those early performances. They sounded amazing. When that guy said that to them, the quote I mentioned in the original post, I just :lmao: :lmao:. Talk about an understatement. It's even funnier when he says it b/c it's almost like he's patronizing them.
