the spotlight thing you're talking about is VH1/MTV All Access: Spotlight U2.. wich was taped in march 2005, during the tour rehearsals Rosarito,Mexico/ RRHOF induction/dress rehearsal in Vancouver... aired halfway 2005..

Diary follows Bono, chris tucker and two american students (and Paul O Neill, but he's rarely seen) trough Africa on a trip... they visit orphanages and a woman with HIV... it's a very moving documentary...

the end is funny.. thanks for the gif Dreamoutloud I love that moment!
