I thought Quincy looked extremely proud of his friend as B got up to accept the award.

He did seem exultant of Bono's achievements! Who would not be, I have heard Bono say many times he will spend the rest of his life fighting for the rights of the sick and poor.

Bono got the crowd fired up! I admit to getting a bit choked up myself. Bono has real passion, and it's contagious.

I guess what was missing in the above post is the part where Bono whispered "Yes, I am!" when the presenter up onstage talked about how much Bono does for Africa and then said "And he's not even Black!"
