Agreed on both statements :up:

The goth girl was sexy AND she was invited on stage.

The stage crasher assumed that Bono would be impressed by her "assets" and would play along. It obviously didn't work the way she expected it to. Fake boobies or not, she was rude and vulgar. And she didn't care for one second that she was ruining someone else's moment. It was all about HER. That is what bothered me.

(and the following is not directed at anything you said hay, just an observation)

In defense of some very nice girls that happen to have implants, being surgically enhanced doesn't automatically make you a bimbo. My future daughter-in-law was at the show with me and she is admittedly not 100% natural...she is the farthest thing away from a bimbo and most importantly, acts like a lady and would never sacrifice her dignity to meet Bono or any other celebrity.

That said, the surgically enhanced woman who crashed the stage in LA conducted herself like a bimbo and whether she is or isn't, an entire arena (other than some men who thought it was cool and we're all just jealous) now sees her that way. But hey! It IS LA, right? Famous by any means necessary! :wink: :shrug:

I wasn't at the show (*in my best Nancy Kerrigan voice: WHY?!?!? WHY?!?!?) - but from the picture and personal accounts I've read here, I can only say that I'd be willing to bet Ms. Golden Globes isn't a fan of anything other than herself. All the female U2 fans I know (and Hell, 1/2 the male fans I know!) would fight tooth and nail to get onstage with Bono - but NOT at the cost of stealing the limelight from someone else he'd ALREADY chosen.

At least B realized they were in LA and you're bound to see some, um... unusual behavior there! :wink:

Yeah, I really hate it when girls camp it up on stage like Ms. Golden Globes. That mohawk chick in Anaheim stole the spotlight from Bono by dancing better than him. No one dances better than our God Bono. What a b!tch!

Yes I agree. Plus, the whole issue of surgical enhancement.....that isn't why I have dogged her, I mean my own mother has been under the knife for the same thing and she doesn't behave crazily like that girl.

Bottom line:

1- She knew she was going to do this no matter what before the whole show
2- She stuck a freggin' sticker on her ass in plans to show it suggestively
3- She forced herself onstage despite having security attempt to stop her
4- She wasn't invited
5- She stole another girl's moment
6- She didn't care that she stole another girl's moment even after Bono took the other girl and ran
7- She wouldn't bow out gracefully, she had to get on all fours and present her stickered ass while the entire band and who knows how many fans laughed at her.

Maybe she looks "original" to you but we have had goths since the early 80' so seen it all before, and you have to be honest not many goths like U2???

I'm sure she is a nice person and that she enjoyed herself but the comparisons were bound to be made to Macphisto (13 years ago.) because of her way she dressed.

I never thought she looked like Macphisto but at first I though she might have looked like MacFly (with a bold head):p .
Believe me when I say I'm not narrow-minded, though I don't like the way she was dressed; and I don't see anything wrong in she dressing that way to go to a concert.

hahaha... that's priceless! it looks like a security guard had actually gotten onstage to escort her off- and then bono told him not to... :wink:

the first girl seemed to be having a blast, so i guess there's no harm in the end! would still love to see a full video of this... :applaud:

I wasn't a personal eyewitness) but I've been told that she wrestled through security (she said on her post in another fan forum) and that security attempted to remove her from the show as well but B was a sport about it.


And to Miro....:laugh: I told my mother the story over the phone and she started laughing and said, "I haven't seen it but even I'M embarassed for her" :laugh:

Um, is it just me or does she look like she tries to cop a feel before Edge starts into the guitar solo again? :eyebrow: Either way, seeing her running after him...:tsk:....perhaps the only reason Bono had a change of heart was becuase he got concerned once he saw security, since he called them off. Ay yi yi....I'm glad there is another show tonight...
