there are lots of places to book apts. in dublin... you might want to try this one: http://www.dublincityapartments.com
and the official Ireland tourism site has a bunch of listings- just click on the "search accomodation" link, and then do a search for "self-catering accomodation" (that means apartments). here's the link: http://www.ireland.travel.ie/accommodation/
or you can investigate on your own- i'm sure there are lots of sites that will help you find a place!
