That looks like the Dublin "Freedom of the City" award, given to all the members of U2. Maybe Adam wasn't present for the award ceremony and Bono took the award on his behalf!?!

There are isolated outbreaks of ragamuffin frugging. For some reason, there are three one-man igloo tents outside. As Colin Hudd gets a house groove going, the dancing gets more determined. The spirit measures become decidedly non-metric. Conversations start to take on an avant-garde twist. Someone requests "Always Look On the Bright Side of Life." The Guinness is showing no signs of running out. The sun came up hours ago. Oh, crikey!
