I was looking at a few of my U2 posters yesterday, and I noticed that the guys never seem to stand in the same order! What's up with that?

True, but on stage, they always are on the same line up... Bono at the middle, larry in the back of him, Edge at his right, Adam at his left... I saw a picture of them when they were young (about 1979) and Adam and Edge were switched, and it seemed so off to me.

It was weird...

Isn't that a standard band thing? Lead singer in the middle, bass player on the right (well, if you're in the audience looking at the stage, say), drummer in the back, and guitarist on the left? I was watching Bon Jovi on SNL today on Comedy Central (is it just me, or is Jon HOT?!) and they had the same set-up.

Oh, and btw, I found two pictures in my room where the guys are standing in the same order! woo-hoo!

But there are 16 possible combinations...4X4!
