one of my sis's best friends was walking up her walk-up { apt building with NO elevator and suddenly was in excruitiating pain in her left knee . She has a good pain threshold, and my sis says she's never heard her sound so bad. she thinks she might have cracked something. [ fracture?]

She saw her in the ER this morning, and she was having ALOT of trouble walking & still in great pain. She is a very heavy woman, But has always done her best to stay physically fit.



So any prayers & good thots please send to Debbie.
