Several people have told me that! Getting my nose pierced was painful, but it didn't last very long.

That tattoo sounds really cool! I have heard that your ankle is a very painful place to get tattooed (along with the wrist or something).

Yeah - there are a lot of little bones in the ankle and wrist, and putting a lot of pressure on them for the duration of 'drawing' the tattoo and then coloring it in is fairly painful - the fattier or more muscular the place you get tattooed the less painful
