SG I just got your emails! I haven't read the fanfic one yet, I'm waiting till my brain dislodges all the crap from today. I don't want to ruin it. But your other note was so sweet!!! Thank you so much!! I was thinking of emailing you this morning, but I had limited time after the phone call before we had to leave so I ended up not having time. I actually managed to hold it together okay. I think the stuff with my brother just hasn't really hit home yet and I'm to tired tonight to care. Thanks Dazz As with everything else in my family this too shall pass. Its just hard sometimes, not being able to do much, especially for my brother.

I think the reason it hits me so hard is my brother is really the other half of me. Even though we aren't twins, I feel like he could be mine if I ever had one. He is an artist, loves music and films, is passionate about things that are important to him, and is just this really neat guy. I truly believe there is a fine line between madness and greatness and somewhere my brother got eaten up by the madness. Its just sad knowing that there is nothing we can do for him.

Funny thing my nickname from my parents when I was a kid was Princess Fishy Baby. I wanted to be a mermaid when I grew up. Russty u too, of course! I know how hard it is too be helpless to do anything for someone you love dearly. It took me so long to accept that with my brother. He would go out and party and drink even though it was a bad idea with his immune deficiency, and I'd get so frustrated with him, but there was just no stopping him. Now, I'm glad to know he got to live and do the things he wanted while he was here on earth. All I could ever do was offer support, whether he chose to accept it or not.


Cindy - I have to make sure it's 110% kosher with my sis, but I'm convinced the ticket is yours if you want it.

I told my mom today that we have to let him live his life that he is an adult and just love on him. There is nothing else we can do for him at this point. The way I see it he tried to kill himself quite a while ago now, the fact that he is still with us at all is a gift. I'm just taking what time Gods given us and going with it.

2 highlights from today I have to share with you guys:

1. I figured it would be a U2 free day. So some of our cousins decided to watch a movie. They picked out Runaway Bride. I told them it was cool with me, I didn't really care. So they put it on and just as its starting Mini-cat comes in. Well the music starts and its a U2 Song!!! Mini-cat was facing me at the time and when the song starts she whipped around so fast to see the tv! She then turned around and did this to me LOL She was like what gives!!! Where are the boys and what the heck is this?! I told her sorry it was a movie and it just had U2 music in it. She said "This SUCKS!!" And left the room! It was so funny! I wanted to hug her so much. She was so disappointed it wasn't the boys.

2. My inlaws where trying to get Mini-cat and Mr. Cat in the car to go see fireworks in town. I was across the driveway trying to get in my suburban to come home. So Mr. Cat came over and kissed me and then called me a party pooper for coming home. So I started messing around poking him and stuff and then we started kissing again. My father in law in front of like 20 people in our family yells...

"Do you want to see fireworks or do you want to get a room already?!"

Everyone started busting up. So Mr. Cat started walking off then when I turned around he ran back smacked me on the arse and then ran and got in there car. I heard his dad say as he was closing the door that he was gonna start giving us timeouts if we couldnt' behave.
