Hi girls. I'm feeling better than i have for a while although the BP hasn't recided that much

Finishing day 2 of my diet and i even went into the kitchen when NI was cooking his dnner

I went to the bed to stretch my arm ( it helps the tendons) and fell asleep..I woke up when Ni came to bed

I tried a diet with milkshakes for a while, but it was driving me insane! I had to chew on something!
Come to think of it, considering how well my quitting smoking is going, I might have an oral fixation I didn't know about...

I was brought up on meat (my dad works in a meat market) so i'm sure that the point will come when i really need to get my teeth intio a piece of meat

Well, it's actually a pretty funny story
I had to quit the patches, 'cause I started to smoke just as much with them on as without them
So I'm off the patches for a few days, to get back to my normal 15 cigarettes, and then next time, there won't be any cigarettes at all... I hope...

One of the girls i work with done exactly the same as you when trying to give up

NI is trying to be supportive He turned around and said i'd already lost weight

I think he's trying to make sure i'm in a good mood
