Drea,a packie is a slang term for a liquor store. I think it's mostly used in the New England region. Forgot that.

A mickey? sounds innocent I suspect otherwise, however

Drea I'm doing alright, thanks - Feeling pretty strong at the moment, not nearly as tired as last week, just a tiny bit queasy but not 'sick' yet *knocksonwood*

my interview went alright today - but it's hard to tell

oh, and I found out my baby has a heartbeat already! how cool is that?

It's a term for a liquor store, not the booze itself. It's a New England slang, along with jimmies, tonic, and wicked.
