Ruff

Travel

I was looking at tickets today, and it looks like Cleveland and Buffalo will be VERY hard to get.

Boston will be easier. Unless the other cities have drops.

I'm just really reluctant to travel that far without knowing I'll definitely be in. :sigh:

:wave:hi Ruff! Feeling better? I hope so, traveling is a bear when you're sick

My Dad FINALLY went to see the Dr today - he has pneumonia. He's lucky that the Dr let him come home instead of sticking him in the hospital. Actually, maybe the doctors/nurses are the lucky ones. :yikes: I can't imagine my dad being forced to sit in his room all day

You are lucky that your dad went home SG....my mom got stuck in the hospital again to have blood pumped into her....and she had her blood drawn on Saturday (She's on a sorta 1 day stay....I say sorta cause it's actually 23 hours  ).

SG, that's awful. :( Hope he's feeling better soon.

Me too

If you think I'm stubborn, imagine that he is literally ten times worse! And he's been so miserable, I've felt awful for him. But he's got antibiotics and decongestants and cough medicine now, so hopefully that'll start working right away. The OTC stuff certainly wasn't doing anything to help

I hate to see him sick; he's usually very healthy. And to have it be in his lungs bothers me, since he's the only one in the family who still smokes

I'm sorry to hear that Weldy  My Dad is in really good health otherwise, so that made all the difference in the world.

I know all about those 23 hour stays, been there done that with my brother and did a few myself when I got so sick for that year (the reason I had to quit working EMS and Fire)

 I hope she's doing better soon!

These hospital visits haven't phased me in all my life....so don't worry. Yea...your dad does sound very healthy and works out.

I know she will get better....it's a never ending cycle with my family though

Jem....that's really good Dave news

i just hope he doesnt turn around and ask if he can bring sarah his girlfriend :|

yeah not many guys would even consider going on holiday with a (girl)friend at his age, it would be lads hols or coupley hols, most likely las hols, hes not the type to go on a clubbing holiday though anyway

i'm thinking of going to somewhere round Nice :shifty: or is that going too far  anyway, it has sun, beaches, places to go out, monacos not far can hit casinos one night and if dave went hes a big car fan (he could look at the Grand Prix circuit)
