I woke up this morning with a small man on top of me.

Sadly, it was my kitty Jasper, not Bono. Boo.

Groceries took a wee bit longer, and then I decided to sit in the garden for a bit reading a magazine. Ended up napping in the sun. Just woke up cause it got dark clouds everywhere and the wind picked up. It's been humid and warm all day, so I'm expecting some epic thunder.


It's really some sort of a law that it has to rain on this day every year. I hated it as a kid, but for now I'm fine with it. Gonna fire up the oven later for mah ribz. And the corn on the cob I got can be prepared in the microwave in 10 minutes. Score!
