^ I can still see the damned thing, and that was back in 2006... Even worse, it's not behind glass, so it REALLY freaks you out - I think all three of us jumped when it moved!
One: I love your jeans. They are freaking awesome.
Wax-Bono rates around the same I suppose.
But he was still hot. I was kind of obsessed with the hairs on his arm. He actually would have been pretty good if they'd done his hair right and put better shades on him.
For the record, the Bono at the rock wax museum in Niagara Falls also rates an "Oh dear." They got the shades right and the leather, but that's it He wasn't the only one, though some were good... and the animatronic Marilyn Manson that suddenly moves when you walk past it freaked me the hell out!
For all the really bad wax people they have, I have to admit, their Captain Jack Sparrow Johnny Depp was crazy GOOD.
Let me find the pic.
I've heard so many good things about that series that it's on my "to watch" list.I'm watching the series finale of Friday Night Lights, and I'm a stupid weepy mess. :sap:

OH my god, it's seriously the best TV show ever. I'm kicking myself for not getting into it sooner, but I caught up in time to see the last episode as it aired. I just got all the DVD's a week ago. I think you'll love it. It's a fabulous show.

Two: Where is this wax musuem? *wants to go now*
Three: WTF is up with Wax-Bono's hair?
Sundance Film Festival is going on right now. *wishes she could go*
Oh wow. That caused quite the commotion in our department the other day when word got around that reports suggest he is now single.
(I adore Depp, and have for ages, but I'm not a huge fan of Captain Jack...is that wrong? I just prefer his quirkier roles.)
Thanks!
Our department is pretty casual, so, no nerves. I mostly want to say to the two of them "okay, so why should I do this, and why shouldn't i?" And even my manager, who is one step above, is really awesome and casual. So, not really nervous beyond the normal "putting myself out there and subjecting myself to constructive criticism" thing.
Is that the one in Las Vegas?
Good to know! For some reason, when I think of it, I kind of compartmentalize it in my mind with Gilmore Girls. Is that fair, or are they totally different?
Found it!!
eek, it's really big. Sorry!
Ah, I see. Sounds good, then, it's nice that they have such a relaxed atmosphere there. I like the way you open up the question like that. Just the fact you're willing to listen would be a definite bonus point right off the bat. And you get a chance to sell yourself, too, a bit .
Here, too, Katie--as well as graupel, sleet, freezing rain, wind. Good old-fashioned winter night!
Comet--that Captain Jack Sparrow picture! I'll be in my bunk . . . .
Thanks! I think I have a fairly good grip on my strengths and weaknesses - I know what I'd be bringing to the position and what I lack - and while I think I'm fairly realistic, I also know I lean toward the negative, so it'd be nice to have the input of a few others.
